Available in PETG or polycarbonate (PC) square bottles (60 mL to 2 L), each assembly includes a preassembled VersaCap with molded silicone adapter, 1/8” tubing, male and female connectors, dip tube, 0.22 µm vent filter, and pinch clamp.
The one-piece design minimizes leaks, contamination, and product loss. Sterile, gamma-irradiated, and individually packaged, these bioprocess containers (BPC) offer a cost-effective alternative to stainless-steel systems requiring cleaning and validation.

Made To Order MTO Single Use Sterile 500mL PETG Media Bottle Assemblies with Tubing and Vent Filters. EZBio MTO Single Use Media Bottle Assemblies include a 2-port 38-430 VersaCap assembly with 1/8" ID (3.2mm) x 1/4" OD (6.4mm) C-Flex® TPE Tubing and diptube. This bottle assembly features polypropylene luer locks that connect small diameter tubing with secure, leak-proof connections. Additionally, all bottle assemblies include a 0.2µm Hydrophobic PTFE Vent Filter that allows for ventilation while preventing media from escaping in the event of a spill. All EZBio "MTO" Single Use Media Bottle Assemblies also include an extra closed cap for storage and a ratchet style pinch clamp that allows the user to control flow into the container or close off the line entirely.
